1. Larry Fitzgerald, ARI - Playoff production + return of Boldin means #1.

2. Randy Moss, NE - Brady is back, has Galloway on the other side.

3. Andre Johnson, HOU - Emerged last season regardless of QB play. Schaub loves him.

4. Steve Smith, CAR - Even w/2 game suspension, Avg 101 yards per game.

5. Reggie Wayne, IND - Don’t forget about Reggie, Peyton’s favorite target.

6. Calvin Johnson, DET - Would be top 3 if QB play wasn’t so mysterious.

7. Roddy White, ATL - Could he do even better now that Tony G has arrived?

8. Anquan Boldin, ARI - Talent/health is evident, just wonder about his attitude.

9. Greg Jennings, GB - Proved in 2008 he is a better WR with Rodgers than with Favre.

10. TJ Houshmandzadeh, SEA - Hasselback can’t play any worse, and is now healthy.

11. Wes Welker, NE - Wasn’t as productive with Cassel, but Brady is back.

12. Dwayne Bowe, KC - Defenses will double, but Engram, Toomer and Cassel help.

13. Terrell Owens, BUF - Had a “down” year last year with almost 1,100 and 10 TD.

14. Anthony Gonzalez, IND - Primed for a break out with Harrison gone.

15. Brandon Marshall, DEN – Is a complete maniac. His value puts him here, not his mind.

16. Marques Colston, NO - Coming off micro fracture surgery on knee & thumb surgery.

17. DeSean Jackson, PHI - Led team in receptions and became McNabb’s go to WR.

18. Chad Ochocinco, CIN - If he listens to Denzel, he can’t do worse than horrible ’08.

19. Eddie Royal, DEN - Questions linger about whether or not Cutler “made” him.

20. Hines Ward, PIT - The guy you try not to draft. Weak WR class increases value.

21. Vincent Jackson, SD - Rivers’ #1 target after Gates was limited due to injuries.

22. Antonio Bryant, TB - If Brandon Marshall were older, he’d be Antonio Bryant.

23. Bernard Berrian, MIN - Avg 20.1 ypc with 7 TD last season. Career high 964 yards.

24. Roy Williams, DAL - High risk, potentially low reward. Did nothing after trade.

25. Santonio Holmes, PIT - Did not have 100 yards receiving in any game in 2008.

26. Lee Evans, BUF - Will TO help or hurt? TD’s have decreased each season.

27. Donald Driver, GB - Coming off 5th straight 1,000 season. Missed 1 game in 5 yrs.

28. Laveranues Coles, CIN - 7 TD in 2008 tied career high. Played all 16 games.

29. Santana Moss, WAS - ’08 was best year since ’05. 1,000+ yards & 6 TD.

30. Steve Breaston, ARI - Took fill in role to next level. 1,000+ and 3 TD.

31. Braylon Edwards, CLE – Led NFL in drops w/16 in 2008.

32. Lance Moore, NO - Have the Saints finally found a #2 WR? 10 TD hard to ignore.

33. Ted Ginn Jr, MIA - Numbers better each yr. 3rd yr WR theory in full effect?

34. Torry Holt, JAC - Holt was stuck in a horrible spot last yr; Ignore the numbers.

35. Jerricho Cotchery, NYJ - Disappointing ’08 and rookie QB ’09; don’t expect a lot.

36. Kevin Walter, HOU - Had 8 TD catches in ’08. Did you know that?

37. Devin Hester, CHI - Questions abound, but taking him means you get a #1 WR late.

38. Derrick Mason, BAL - Back to back 1,000+ yard, 5 TD seasons. He won’t go away.

39. Donnie Avery, STL - Is the #1 WR by default, tied Holt with 3 TD.

40. Isaac Bruce, SF - It will be interesting to see how he does with a whole yr of S Hill.
