Growing up in Pittsburgh during the seventies, it was inevitable that Bill became a Steelers fan.  After earning his degrees at Northwestern University and the University of Pittsburgh Medical School, he took a circuitous route which finally brought him to Duluth, Minnesota where he now resides with his wife, 5 kids, and 2 dogs.
