Michael has been following the NFL Draft for more than ten years.  He has been quoted in numerous publications, both internet and print.  His mock drafts have been on numerous NFL team sites.  He does interviews for the draft on numerous radio shows and websites, including PackerChatters.com and 49erswebzone.com.  On 49erswebzone.com, Michael made the bold statement that the 49ers would draft Patrick Willis, and Willis would become the defensive rookie of the year, which both happened. Around the internet, Michael is known as the guy for “having a knack for finding the hidden gems.”  Last year on the radio circuit, he made the statement that Kevin Boss, who Michael had interviewed, was the best sleeper in the draft. Last year, he finished fourth of all NFL Draft experts in predicting the top 100 in the draft. He started thefootballexpert.com because he knew he could do better than the experts on the NFL Draft and needed a portal for his opinions.  He also is a fantasy football guru.  He is involved with an internet wide Dynasty Fantasy Football Expert league that has been featured on USAToday.com and FoxSports.com.  He is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in Economics.  During his time at UVA, he worked with the University of Virginia football program in recruiting.  He grew up in Dayton, Ohio where he has been a Cincinnati Bengals fan all his life.
